On a trip to 3centcopy Place I met the Raul, self-proclaimed Master Commander of home-country Peru and Genius Actor. You can often see him in Dundas Square, dancing and challenging strangers to play him in chess; soap box style busking. He was putting together copies of his handwriting (mostly in spanish) pictures of his homeland, his first and 2nd wife and a petition with signatures of people from all over South America. I'm not sure what the petition was for because I am mono-lingual. I was really intrigued by him and when I asked to take his picture he was more responsive than I was expecting. Someone please help me translate what he's writing about.
